TailgatePackages.com is a turnkey tailgate rental service for Texas State Bobcats football games, brought to you by Hill Country Event Rentals. We deliver, set up, and break down everything you need for game day — so all you have to do is show up and tailgate.
1. Add to Cart — Pick your package (and any add-ons) based on your guest count.
2. Submit Gameday Info — Tell us which game(s), your group size, and any special requests.
3. Show Up & Tailgate — Your tent, tables, chairs, and gear will be fully set up and waiting when you arrive. We handle breakdown after the game.
Nope — that's the point. Your package includes everything listed (tent, tables, chairs, coolers, trash cans, and a football), fully set up before you arrive. Just bring your food, drinks, and game day spirit.

Yes! Once your tailgate package is booked, we'll provide you with the contact information for Texas State Hospitality, Texas State Athletics' food and beverage partner.
Their team will provide you with food, beer, and wine menus to choose from. All food and beverage orders are placed and paid for directly through Texas State Hospitality. On Game Day, they'll deliver your order directly to your reserved tailgate and professionally set everything up for you.
Texas State Hospitality offers a variety of curated tailgate food packages designed for groups of different sizes, along with à la carte options.
Once your tailgate package is booked, we'll connect you with their team so you can review the available menus, cuisines, serving sizes, and pricing.
Best of all, there's no need to pick anything up. Texas State Hospitality will deliver and set up your food directly at your reserved tailgate on Game Day.
Texas State Hospitality offers beer and wine packages that can be added to your Game Day experience.
Once ordered, your beverages will be delivered directly to your reserved tailgate. If your Tailgate Package includes a cooler, they can stock the beverages in your cooler and provide the ice as part of the food and beverage service.
After you book your tailgate package, we'll send you the information you need to connect with Texas State Hospitality and place your beverage order.
We recommend placing your food and beverage order as early as possible. Texas State Hospitality offers 10% savings when your order is placed and finalized at least 10 business days before Game Day.
Final food and beverage orders must be submitted to Texas State Hospitality by 12:00 PM on the Tuesday before Game Day.
Once your tailgate package is booked, we'll connect you with Texas State Hospitality so you can review the menus, place your order, and have everything ready for Game Day.

Full Season package holders can choose their tailgate location for the season. Single-game packages are assigned a spot from the available numbered locations.
Yes — our on-site team assists throughout the day and handles full cleanup and breakdown after the game so you can just enjoy the football.
